south Indian masala dosa recipe Ingredients:

Potato –  5 Nos

Onion – 2 nos

Green chilly – 5 No

Turmeric powder -1.5 Tsp

Urid dhal – 1 tsp

ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

fennel seeds – 1 tsp

coriander leaves – as required

salt – as required

 

Dosa Ingredients:

Dosa flour – as required

oil, ghee, and curry leave – as required.

 

Preparation of masala :

Boil potatoes, smash it and keep aside

Pour the oil into the heated pan.

add fennel seeds and urad dhal.

add green chilly, ginger garlic paste, and curry leaves into it.

Add onion, turmeric powder and salt with it.

Fry it for 5 minutes

Add mashed potatoes and stir it well for  to 10 minutes.

Add coriander leaves and switch off the stove.

 

Dosa Preparation:

Add dosa flour to the heating pan and make it spread over the pan around.

Sprinkle oil and ghee over the flour.

After 2 minutes, place the masala over the flour and switch off te stove.

Now the south Indian masala dosa is ready to eat.
